I sure am enjoying retirement! Can I get an AMEN!
I loved my career as a physical therapist and the last five years I was a travel PT, primarily in FL. When COVID hit, it was clear that it was time to retire.
I returned home to WI and started to reunite with friends and became busy with house projects, gardening, and living on a lake.
My eldest son Mark, 40, passed away last year. It was an awful period, and a program called GriefShare helped me to continue with my life and move forward. I went thru training and am involved as a facilitator of this program at my local church.
I have been blessed with a grandson who is brilliant, 4 yrs old, and only lives 10 min from my house. He has become a great little fisherman and is into nature.
I have always loved to travel and have spent the past 5 Februarys with my brother, wife, and nephew in Florida, out of WI winter. In Sept, we spent 2 weeks visiting our relatives in Sweden.
